Dies ist der älteste Song auf dem Album – ich denke, er wurde zur Zeit des Latin Quarter Albums ‘Bringing Rosa Home’ geschrieben, so um 1995. Ich erinnerte mich an diesen Song für das Album, nachdem Ricardo und ich Rhythmen besprochen hatten, die wir mögen und ich merkte, dass dieser Song zu einem passen könnte, den wir beide sehr mögen.. Dieser Song beginnt mit dem Bild eines Gitarristen, der arrogant und sogar gewaltsam auf der Bühne herumstolziert und sein Zeug vor einem bewundernden Publikum bringt (eine Art ‘One Night Stand’) und dann eine Reflektion/Erinnerung an unglückliche, enttäuschende sexuelle Begegenungen bekommt (weitere Arten von One Night Stands). Manchmal ist die Bedeutung unklar – wie bei vielen Mike Jones Texten – aber für mich sind Zeilen wie’ Trockne deine Augen mit Alibis / Und sieh nicht zurück’ brilliant zu singen und schwingen natürlich mit der Bedeutung mit. Viele Beziehungen sind beleidigend, nicht im strengen (und schrecklich) physischem Sinn, sondern weil wir nach Alibis und nicht ehrlichen Gründen suchen, bei dem, was wir tun.
